Stainless Steel Corner Guards for Quick Service Restaurants

by Boss Steel on February 10, 2016

In case you haven't been keeping up, the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) world has been developing rapidly over the past decade. From tiny box stores known mostly for producing greasy combos of fries and burgers have sprung the likes of Panera BreadChick-fil-A, and many other QSR franchises set on turning the former fast-food business model on its head.

The ripple effect can be seen in almost all chains. In an effort to drive sales while reducing carbon footprints, stores are working to reduce packaging and increase recycling. Some, like Jack in the Box, have changed their menus to include healthier options and cage-free eggs.

And they're not the only ones making such changes.

The move follows similar announcements from some of the world's largest restaurant chains and food companies, including McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, Starbucks, Aramark, Sodexo, Kellogg's, Unilever, and TGI Fridays (QSR Web).

While we should applaud these efforts to consider consumer demands and protect the environment, we believe a further step can be taken.

By installing stainless steel corner guards in their kitchens, QSR restaurants across the country can cut down on their yearly routine maintenance. This will not only save their own bottom line, but it will also help to preserve natural resources in the process. In addition, stainless steel corner guards will look great next to all of those full-sized Hobart cabinets, refrigerators, and ovens.

If you have questions about the sizes, thicknesses, or styles of corner guards that would work best in your establishment, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to assisting you.
